Aseel Dates is one of the Dates varieties in Pakistan primarily grown in Khairpur Mirs, Pakistan. It is sweet, oval, and nutritious. Color of the Aseel Dates is brown and dark brown. The Aseel Date variety is the most important commercial variety of Pakistan.
Faq pitted dates are Aseel dates variety, semi-dry with the exceptional taste & soft texture and moisture less than 16%, pitted by hand. Pitted aseel dates have naturally high in sugar, fiber and minerals and are packaged without additives or preservatives. These pitted dates are the best sweetener for industries of food, confectionery, bars, snacks chocolate, dairy ice creams & baked goods, baby foods, alcoholic beverage and cereal processing. Pitted Aseel dates are semi-dry, black-brown, soft texture and the shelf life of it is 24 months from date production. The package of pitted dates is cartons of 10 kg or 14kg cartons or as per buyers requirements.
The production process of Aseel dates is as follow:
- Washing & Drying Completely of All Dates Pieces by Machine
- Sorting and Grading of All Dates Pieces by Machine
- Double Sorting of All Dates Pieces in The Quality by Hands
- Pitting by hand.
- Waxing / Polishing of All Dates Pieces by Oil Food (If Customer Request)
- Fumigation
- Packing in Bulk & Retail/Private label.
- Wrap Plastic Around the Cartons (Shrinkage Wrap) (If Customer Request)
- Load Into Dry Container of 20ft or 40ft.

Aseel Dates Storage & Shelf Life Policy
- Aseel date is one semi-dry type that can keep in each temperature if we control pests so we recommend these instructions to all our clients for all aseel dates of dry dates & Semi-dry dates. If you want to keep aseel dates in the best condition and for one long time of 18 months. Please pay enough attention to these instruction according to our experience in all these years:
- All shipments should be fumigated and certified by an expert fumigation company every month after discharging the goods.
- Dry, Ambient and Dry Condition, Away Direct Heat and Sunlight.
- All clients' storage should be sprayed/fumigated with the acceptable allowed chemical at least every month by an expert pest control company.
- In this way, the date expiry will be 18 months after harvesting.
